Mezzanine Settings

Add an internal mezzanine without changing the selected roof type.

Configure bay coverage, side placement, height, floor visibility, and intended use for the internal floor.

Mezzanine

Turn on the internal mezzanine while preserving the current building and roof shape.

Mezzanine Bays

Enable the side bays that should receive mezzanine floor coverage.

Core Dimensions

Set the main footprint and wall height for the building shell.

Roof

Choose the roof configuration settings.

Used only for Mezzanine Floor structures.

Overhang

Extend the roof projection beyond the main wall line and optionally align lean-to roof edges with it.

Syncs the lean-to front and back roof edge with the main overhang.

Bay Layout

Open the custom bay editor when you want each side, front, or back bay controlled individually.

Override the default equal spacing and fine-tune individual bay widths in meters.
Lean To Settings

Configure left and right lean-tos with advanced controls and clearer structure.

Turn each side on when needed, then adjust geometry, bay count, and roof pitch for that awning.

Left Lean To

Set the dimensions and attachment behavior for the left-side awning.

Right Lean To

Mirror the setup on the right side with independent dimensions and placement.

Front Lean To

Set the front end-wall lean-to projection and bay coverage.

Back Lean To

Set the back end-wall lean-to projection and bay coverage.

Garaport Settings

Set up front and back garaports with length and bay-width controls.

Enable the side you need, then adjust overall length or switch to custom bay widths for finer control.

Front Garaport

Configure the front projection length and divide it into custom bays when needed.

Back Garaport

Manage the rear garaport separately with its own length and bay-width settings.

Openings & Extras

Click any wall section to place openings and fine-tune the building setup.

Add doors and windows first, then switch on insulation options when you want a more complete specification.

Choose the opening type, then click the wall area where it should be placed.
